隐私政策
1. 简介
欢迎使用「贸联通」（以下简称「本应用」）。我们重视你的隐私。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储与保护你的个人信息。使用本应用即表示你已阅读并同意本政策。
Introduction. This Privacy Policy explains how Guban (“the App”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
2. 我们收集的信息
- 账号信息：手机号、邮箱、账号名、密码（加密存储）、昵称、头像等资料。
- 通讯内容：你发送的消息、图片、语音、文件等（用于即时通讯功能）。
- 设备与推送：设备类型、系统版本、推送令牌（如用于 APNs / FCM 的设备标识），以便发送离线消息通知。
- 日志与诊断：为保障服务稳定，可能记录必要的技术日志（如错误、连接状态），不含聊天明文内容用于营销。
- 举报与处置相关信息：当你提交举报时，我们会处理举报内容以便审核违规行为。
Data we collect: account info (phone/email/username, credentials, profile), messages and media you send, device/push tokens for offline notifications, limited diagnostic logs, and report data when you submit content reports.
3. 信息如何使用
- 提供注册、登录、好友与群聊、消息同步等核心功能；
- 发送离线推送通知，提醒你有新消息；
- 保障账号与系统安全，防范滥用、欺诈与违规内容；
- 处理用户举报与账号注销等合规请求；
- 改进产品体验与稳定性（基于汇总或去标识化数据，在合法范围内）。
How we use data: to operate messaging features, deliver push notifications, protect security and combat abuse, handle reports and account deletion, and improve reliability within applicable law.
4. 第三方服务
为实现推送等能力，我们可能使用第三方服务（例如 Apple Push Notification service、Firebase Cloud Messaging）。这些服务仅在提供相关功能所必需的范围内处理设备标识或推送相关数据，并受其各自隐私政策约束。
Third parties: We may use services such as Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging solely to deliver notifications. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies.
5. 信息共享
我们不会出售你的个人信息。仅在以下情况可能共享：
- 获得你的明确同意；
- 为提供服务所必需的受托处理方（受合同约束）；
- 法律法规要求或有权机关依法提出的要求；
- 为保护用户、公众或我们的合法权益所必需。
Sharing: We do not sell your personal data. We share only with consent, necessary processors under contract, legal requirements, or to protect rights and safety.
6. 存储与安全
我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护你的信息，包括传输加密、访问控制等。请理解，任何互联网传输或电子存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。
消息与账号数据会保存在我们的服务器上，以便你在不同设备间同步；保存期限以实现服务目的及符合法律要求为限。
Security & retention: We apply reasonable safeguards (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls). Data is retained as needed to provide the service and comply with law. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. 你的权利
- 访问、更正你的个人资料；
- 在应用内申请账号注销（按产品提供的流程操作）；
- 管理通知权限（可在系统设置中关闭推送）；
- 就隐私问题联系我们（见下方联系方式）。
Your rights: access and update profile data, request account deletion via the App, manage notification permissions in system settings, and contact us about privacy questions.
8. 账号注销与聊天记录
你可在应用内按指引申请注销账号。注销生效后，你将无法再使用该账号登录，对外昵称将显示为「已注销」，且原绑定的手机号/邮箱不可再用于注册。
为便于其他用户保留与你的历史沟通内容，与你相关的聊天记录仍会保留在对方的会话中，不会因账号注销而被删除或清空。注销不会删除对方设备或服务器上已产生的消息内容；若你希望本地不再看到相关会话，可自行在应用内删除好友或会话。
Account deletion & chat history: After your account is deleted, you cannot sign in, your display name becomes “Deleted Account”, and your phone/email cannot register again. Chat history with other users is retained in their conversations and is not deleted by account deletion. You may remove the friend or conversation locally if you no longer wish to see it.
9. 儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童（或你所在地区法律规定的更高年龄）。若我们发现在未获适当同意的情况下收集了儿童信息，将尽快删除。
Children: The App is not directed to children under 13 (or a higher age required by local law). We will delete such data if collected without appropriate consent.
10. 政策更新
我们可能适时更新本政策。更新后会在本页面公布新版本与生效日期。重大变更时，我们可能通过应用内提示等方式告知。
Updates: We may update this Policy and post the new version here. Material changes may also be noticed in the App.
