用户协议
1. 接受协议
本《用户协议》（以下简称「本协议」）是你与「贸联通」应用运营方之间关于使用本应用服务所订立的协议。你注册、登录或使用本应用，即视为已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议全部内容。若你不同意，请立即停止使用。
Acceptance. By registering, signing in, or using Guban, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. 服务说明
贸联通是一款即时通讯应用，提供账号注册登录、好友与群组、文字/图片/语音等消息收发、离线推送提醒等功能。我们可能持续优化功能，也可能因明确公告暂停、调整部分服务。
Service. Guban provides messaging features including accounts, friends/groups, media messages, and offline push notifications. Features may be updated, limited, or discontinued with notice where appropriate.
3. 账号注册与安全
- 你应提供真实、准确、完整的注册信息，并及时更新；
- 你应妥善保管账号与密码，因保管不善导致的损失由你自行承担；
- 不得将账号出租、出借、出售或以其他方式转让给他人使用；
- 如发现账号被盗用或异常，请立即通过支持渠道联系我们。
Account. Provide accurate registration info, keep credentials secure, and do not transfer your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. 用户行为规范
你在使用本应用时不得：
- 发布、传播违法、侵权、淫秽、暴力、仇恨、骚扰、欺诈或垃圾信息；
- 侵犯他人隐私、名誉、知识产权或其他合法权益；
- 利用本应用从事诈骗、传销、钓鱼或任何非法活动；
- 干扰、破坏服务器或网络安全，或未经授权访问系统数据；
- 恶意批量注册、刷量、滥用举报或其他影响正常服务的行为。
我们有权对违规内容或账号采取删除内容、限制功能、禁言、封禁或注销等措施，并配合有权机关依法处理。
Conduct. Do not post illegal, abusive, infringing, or fraudulent content, or attack/abuse the service. We may remove content, restrict, mute, ban, or delete accounts for violations, and cooperate with lawful authorities.
5. 用户生成内容（UGC）
你对自行发布的内容承担全部责任。你授予我们为提供、存储、传输、展示服务所必需的非独占许可。我们不对用户内容的真实性、合法性作保证，但提供举报机制，并将在合理时间内审核并处理违规内容。
如需举报不当内容或用户，可在应用内使用举报功能，或通过支持邮箱联系我们。更多说明见 技术支持页。
UGC. You are responsible for content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive license needed to operate the service. Use in-app reporting or email support for abusive content; see our Support page.
6. 知识产权
本应用的界面、标识、软件代码、文档等知识产权归运营方或其许可方所有。未经书面许可，你不得复制、修改、传播、反向工程或以其他方式侵犯相关权利。你保留对自己合法创作内容的权利，但须保证不侵犯第三方权利。
IP. App software, branding, and related materials are owned by us or licensors. You retain rights in your lawful content but must not infringe others’ rights.
7. 免责声明
- 服务按「现状」提供；我们尽力保障稳定，但不保证无中断、无错误或完全满足特定需求；
- 因不可抗力、网络故障、第三方服务异常、你自身设备或操作原因导致的损失，我们在法律允许范围内不承担责任；
- 你与其他用户之间的纠纷，应由当事人自行解决；必要时我们可依法协助。
Disclaimer. The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network/third-party failures, or your own device/use. Disputes between users should be resolved by the parties involved.
8. 服务变更与终止
我们可根据业务需要变更、中断或终止部分或全部服务，并尽可能提前公告。你可随时停止使用并申请注销账号。我们也可在你严重违反本协议时终止向你提供服务。
Changes & termination. We may modify or discontinue features with notice where practicable. You may stop using the App and request account deletion. We may terminate service for material breaches of this Agreement.
9. 隐私
我们如何处理个人信息，详见 《隐私政策》。使用本应用即表示你同时同意隐私政策。
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. Using the App means you also agree to that Policy.
10. 适用法律与争议解决
本协议的订立、生效、解释与争议解决，适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法）。协商不成的，任何一方可向运营方所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。若你所在地区强制性法律另有规定，从其规定。
Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules), unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Disputes may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction over the operator’s domicile after good-faith negotiation.
